Terms & Conditions
StriPDF is a web-based software tool that allows Stripe merchants to generate, edit, and send branded PDF invoices using transaction data from their Stripe account.
To use StriPDF, you must register an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
StriPDF requires you to securely connect your Stripe account using an API key. We recommend creating a restricted key with limited permissions. You are responsible for managing and securing your Stripe credentials.
We offer a free plan and a paid subscription. All payments are handled securely via Stripe. Prices are shown in EUR and include applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled.
You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for illegal or harmful purposes.
You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of abuse or breach of these terms.
StriPDF is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Madrid, Spain.
Privacy Policy
We collect the following personal data: name, email address, company name, Stripe account metadata (business name, logo, tax ID), and usage metrics (such as invoice activity and login timestamps).
Your data is used to display account branding, manage dashboard features and billing, and provide technical support if needed.
All data is stored securely in Supabase (EU-hosted). Stripe API keys are stored but not encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to essential backend services only.
We retain user and account data for 30 days after account closure, after which it is permanently deleted.
In accordance with GDPR, you may request access to your data, request correction or deletion, or revoke access to Stripe via your Stripe Dashboard. To make a request, email info@stripdf.com.
Cookies
We use cookies to enhance your experience, remember your preferences, and analyze traffic. You can modify your cookie preferences through your browser settings.
We only use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use marketing cookies, third-party ad tracking, or non-consensual analytics cookies.
